Not speaking for YC, but I prefer Parker (& Zion Young too) to Howell because of the formers' shared ability to contribute on running/early downs. Neither of them have Howell's get-off & long speed, but they're no slouches either... They do need more juice off the edge, either at 31 or 63 at the latest.
