To be fair to Moss, he recognized his mistake leaving the Pats almost immediately and pretty much said as much in public more than once.

I don't think that 2010 team does jack either way though. It was better than the 2009 team but still had some of that stink on it.

2011 was just too dependent on Gronk, so when he was broken that was it.
2010 was dominating and had a bad game with a dropped td, picked off screen pass and botched fake punt.
They would have destroyed Pittsburgh and were easily better than Green Bay.
They had won 13 of 14, the last 6 by an average of 38-10.

So if only the Pats don't crapped their pants(2010), Gronk stays healthy(2011/2012), and Butler doesn't cry like a baby the Patriots have 2 threepeats

Nah, I don’t think you can do it like that. Winning a championship is special. You don’t just win by having the best team, you have to play the best when it matters most and you can’t take that for granted.

Yeah, it's been a regular "decade of spectacular failure" around here lmao

Nah, the entire team pissed the bed in that jets game and I doubt moss changes that. Pretty sad as that team dominated in the 2nd half of the regular season and looked as poised as any team we had to compete for a title.

The 09 and 10 postseasons were brutal performances against teams that got bounced the following week without much trouble. Edelman was the only one to really show up or make a play in either game.
