Alright first off, I would just like to say how impressed I was by Cassel's playing today. He had composure, and he was finding many of the right recievers. Very impressed.
Second off, if BB really wanted to win so bad he would nto have had flutie kick the damn ball. He did, however, want Cassel to have experience and throwing a TD to watson to end the game was a nice way to add to this. He knew he could always **** up the conversion, and tahts what happened.
I'm not saying belicheck did or did not intentially screw up the conversion. I'm just saying it would make sense. If flutie had missed the kick, there wouldnt have been a 2 point converesion..
