Wooooooooooooo! Ric Flair approves this message!
Not as confident still. Will the titans double Edelman? I feel like they need a great start to this game. The defense could use some turnovers. Again stop the run. Should focus on stopping the run. If they get blown out it would be a shocker to me despite the lack of talent on offense.
I’ll be tipping many as well....this is definitely a heavy drinking game!
You should put this in it's own thread
With pending free agency for Brady, DMac, KVN, Collins, Thuney, Shelton, and etc....coupled with McDaniels interviewing on Friday...and Casserio’s expiring contract....
It feels like the end of an era to me....I just ask that the team gives its all and that there are no major injuries for both teams. It is all I can really ever ask for....
Buddy I'm always faking it
The clock seems to go slower on game day ...
Good news - NFL leaks that the Patriots will be disciplined for the videotaping of the Mighty Bengals, something we desperately needed to overcome that juggernaut.
If we needed any more "everyone's against us" juice, that should be the cherry on top. The boys should be ready to run through MF faces today.
Brady's video has me pumped for this game but Portnoy got me fired up!!!!
Playoff football and heavy drinking go hand in hand
So true, especially when it's a night game. I plan on playing some Madden to pass the time till the early game starts.
Gonna have fun watching this one with you boys
Days like these I love living three time zones behind.
Not feeling great . I have felt before SB games to be honest. There is a lot of pressure on this team and particularly brady to not go out at home today something I dont think we have been accustomed to. The 2011 jet game was a shock no one saw coming .This game ,there is a lot uncertainty with this inconsistent team.
On another note, I think we're a better team and more tested than we're given credit for, despite the results not looking great at times. In terms of playoff teams, we played Houston, KC, Baltimore, Buffalo (x2), and Philadelphia. Just outside of the playoffs, we played the Jets (holy crap they finished 7-9), Pittsburgh, and Dallas. In the last game against Miami, they brought the house and it was just barely enough to beat us. That's 11 out of 16 games against decent teams.
In the games that we lost, we were in every single one of them except for Houston. Other teams would be stupid to sleep on us.
Not confident at all, we have no Consistent playmakers on offense, a defense that has been good but got exposed last week, a 42 year old qb who is injured and our best weapon in Jules is playing through a lot of pain. The titans are going to try and double him
If it ends, it ends. All things must pass. At this point IDGAF. Coming back from 28-3 was the top of the mountain, everything else has just been making the rubble bounce.
But until it does end I'm not interested in getting a head start on planning the funeral.
So funny that this is probably the most joyless fanbase of the playoff teams, 12-4 going for a FOURTH super bowl appearance IN A ROW. Insane.
Fans of Buffalo and Tennessee are probably exploding with happy hope and optimism to be in the playoffs at all, worse records and such. Funny how expectations work.
I hit 53 yesterday, so a little extra tired. (Work doesn't help, lol.)
But I grow exponentially stronger with each passing second. 7:15 can't arrive soon enough!
