Not that he's a key piece, but it just exposes how weak the Bills are at WR. There's no way they are making it out of the divisional round. In fact, they'll be lucky if they get there.

Agreed. The wr position has really become so weakness for them. Is why.. I want us to sure up a berth as soon as possible.. NFL people are saying 10 wins gets us in.

I voted 4 wins, I think they will split the tough games of Buffalo and Baltimore, while losing a game they shouldn't against the rest. At some point Maye is going to have a legit bad game (like 4 INTs or something) and I hope he gets it out of his system before the playoffs. I mean the Pittsburgh game kind of counts as that but they have been too consistently outstanding at hitting big plays on 3rd and 10+ for that to continue another 9 games.

I went with rlkag as always but I’m going to say they conservatively win out…meaning they don’t beat down all the teams. There may be some close ones and on the other hand, unconservatively, they win out with 3 of the 6 being blow outs and the others shut outs. You heard it here first from Homer inc…

"...went with 3". That's 500 the rest of the way. We had 4 wins in 2023 and 4 wins in 2024. I'm predicting 12 in 2025. 12-5 is not bad football IMO. I'll be ecstatic if that were to happen.

I do think the Patriots caught a bad break with Buffalo likely getting Rudolph now instead of Rodgers. And likely a backup QB Thursday vs Texans.

They cannot afford to lose to the Bengals with Buffalo & Ravens still on the schedule.

They can still win the division. It's just going to be tougher.

FWIW, Vrabel is 6-0 as a head coach coming off the bye week, and only one of those games were even within one score. We have our bye before the Bills game.

Also found that Vrabel is 2-2 against Lamar, Lamar's had 4 total TDs and 5 INTs against Vrabel's teams.

Obviously completely different teams but I just thought those were some promising stats worth mentioning.

I'm thinking.... 10 wins is what gets us in.. if say by week 16 we have the AFCE locked up and really can't do anything to improve our overall position.. of course beating the bills a second time.

Per playoffstatus.com, 1–5 gives them about a 70% chance of making the playoffs. 2–4 gives them a 99% chance.
