All the threads about people getting together in Chicago and Manhattan got me to thinking. Why don't some fans who live in the area get together at some bar and watch the game. I know on those rare occasions that I have met people here I have been thoroughly entertained and informed. I don't know why we don't do it for at least every away game. I don't care if its 5 guys or 500 its sounds like a no brainer with a membership base as broad as this one is

Every time the people on ProFootball Weekly Radio plan a trip like they did for Dallas, they wind up with about 400 people and a great time. Just think about the charitable possibilities if you want to organize a bit further. Think about it. Who do Pats fans like to watch a game with better than fellow Pats fans.....and which Pats fans would we rather watch a game with than people we already know.....at least somewhat.

I have to think "someone" knows someone with a bar/restaurant. I have to think more than a few of you plan to watch the game in a bar regardless. I know I'd drive up to an hour for the pleasure of your company (I think ) Why can't some among our more organized bretheren put it together. It would be fun....especially for a game as meaningful as this one But if it's too late how about for the Denver game, or a Jet game

Let me know what you think.

I can't do this for a night game, but I would be interested for future away games.

This is all code for an orgy, right?

I mean, either way I'm into it if you come to the Best coast.

Oooooooooh. Patsigula. Where do I sign up?

Ken - Don't think I can make this Sunday but would be up for a future road game.

I think you have a great idea.

Thanks, Ken! What's your address? I like Sam Adams Octoberfest and those brie and mushrooms flatbread pizzas from Trader Joe's. You wouldn't mind if my wife's family used the shower, would you?

I'm in. I'd like a 4-pack of Heady Topper, and I'm partial to scallops wrapped in bacon

Seriously though I'd be up for a Boston-area road game at some local drinking establishment. It sounds like fun.

Why don't we meet at the CBS scene at Foxboro during an away game? I did that during the Monday night robbery in 2013 against the Panthers and its a nice bar. Let's pick a game later in the year and round up the troops @patfanken

Edit:The broncos game would be a late night, but it would be an ausome time.

Or a group video chat

Maybe if people gathered in person someone could set up an IPad or laptop so that Us Out-of-town people could participate? That would be fun, I've never met anyone on Patsfans in person, it would be fun to put faces to Some of the frequent posters, and there is plenty of easily used software for that type of thing.

I'd do be down doing a Maine gathering at some point.

I'm Down. I usually go to CBS Scene to grab a bite when I go to a game at Gillette. But If it's possible to meet I could always come from NY. Don't have to twist my arm to stop by Foxwoods or Mohegan on Way Home.

Sounds great. This Sunday I'll be in Chicago check thread... Raleigh NC has a fantastic fan club luckily where at least 100 people show up to every game at a bar that sponsors it.

I'd be fun to match some real people with the screen names and talk Pats over a beer or two one of these days.

There are good people on this board. I mean that sincerely.

Kraft should open the Putnam Club for the game ...

They have done it for some Revolution games ... I've gone to a few with my teen son.

free entry but you spend a bunch on booze and the food is good enough.
