Hernandez' ball security and durability

When I think of Hernandez and "ball security" I think dropped passes more than fumbles

But I think this coming season we'll see Belichick improve WR, especially the deep game, and that might open up the field a bit more for Hernandez - who in an odd way WAS our deep threat WR last season.

If that happens Hernandez may be less of a focus in the offense, and while his overall numbers may drop, he'll be in a great position to make some of the big plays that were that much tougher with defenders draped on him last season.

I think Hernandez is great and all, but he does need to secure his catches more. He's had a couple of dropped TDs, 2 of em' were dropped and then intercepted, check out the Jets and Cowboys games last season.
