It would be silly for a non-contender to offer a guy his age 30M/year.
He probably has 2 good years left?
I would imagine his market will be mostly made up of teams that feel he could push them over the edge.
It would make zero sense for a team like Tenn to offer him a market deal when he may well be cooked by the time they are truly contenders.
And it would be equally silly for him to take a mill or more to play for a bad team.
If he's just chasing dollars, then that's his right.

I like both Hendrickson and Chaisson. Chasson is 5 years younger than Hendrickson and has proven that he can play in Varbel' system.
Hendrickson is 31 coming off and injury. He has had 4 double digts sack seasons. I think they will resign Chaison and he will continue to be good for the Patriots .
