Do you know if you can watch it on Fire Stick? I’d rather put on the flat screen than the iPad or laptop.

What’s even worse for those of us with Sunday Ticket but without the NFLN is that we still can’t get the game because, technically, it’s “nationally televised.”

I am closer to the stadium than Boston is (23 miles) and don’t have NFL network... can I not watch it from Providence?

If you've got a newer phone and TV you might be able to cast your phone screen to your TV. This also prevents you from GDT posting as an added benefit.

tips, though:

some reliable streams, even the top rated ones like buffstreams, have a lot of annoying popups, usually taking you to sports gambling sites.

So... Any window that pops up, close it!

Any window that wants you to download something, close it. Sometimes you get popups for just trying to change the volume or trying to go full screen. Annoying as hell.

At the end of the day, clear your cookies or you'll keep seeing ads for sports gambling (or worse, for porn sites). I use CCleaner and do a purge cleanup of "junk" every time I watch a game on my laptop.

I will be in NYC, arriving tomorrow morning, and I am hoping that my hotel has NFL Network. Some do, some don't. It's a Hilton family hotel, so you'd think they'd have a good TV package, but we'll see. I may end up in a Manhattan bar.

Use a good adblocker plugin and that'll beat a solid number of the popups too.

HDMI cable from laptop to flat screen will solve that, i use my 55" TV as a monitor all the time

Edit: Unless its a plasma TV, if so then you might be boned. It works with LCD, LED, OLED, etc etc tho

Some laptops don't have an HDMI port, but they sell USB-C to HDMI adapters for like $20

The game will still be broadcast locally. Not sure about "secondary" markets that typically carry the Pats games (WPRI in Providence; Springfield; Hartford; three CBS stations in Maine; Burlington VT).

Does the below statement mean only WBZ in Boston? Or is it referring to WBZ as the flagship station for the rest of the stations above?
