Now word out is he is trying to pay off the accusation - I don't know how legit that is.

Why wouldn't he try to settle the case out of court? For a guy with the kind of money that he has, he'd be stupid not to. Being suspended for a couple of games would cost him more than the settlement anyways, most likely.

I already thought that Mr. Albert Haynesworth was awesome. And now it turns out that he wears shirts with FOUR HEADED MOTHER****ING GIRAFFES on them. This guy is going to wreck ****. You don't wear shirts with 4 headed giraffes on them and not wreck ****. 15 sacks.

Wouldn't thee Pats wait to see what happens with the case and if he's going to be suspended by the league for a substantial number of games? Why have him take up space on the 53 if he's not going to be allowed to play?

Anybody have an educated guess about what Goodell's punishment would be if Haynesworth loses the case? I hate being vulnerable to that Jests-employee-for-life SOB.

Tough to say as it involves Haynesworth - the subject of Goodell's first real suspension. After Roethlisberger, the better question may be what happens if the charges are dropped instead of going for a not guilty verdict.
