Yeah, it's funny how nobody mentions the fact that the Colts violated NFL rules by gauging that football on the sidelines. It is entirely possible (maybe a conspiracy theory) that they let air out of that football to start the whole thing.

I've said since the punishments came out and Goodell didn't punish the Colts--even with a $25K slap on the wrist--someone needs to bring this to the attention of the media. This is a clear violation of the rules, it's plain as day. I don't care if they thought the Patriots were putting rocket boosters on the balls, they should have brought it to the attention of the ref and let them handle it. Allowing them to tamper with the football sets a bad precedent--which the commish clearly doesn't care about.

During every game that's played in temps below 50 degrees the Patriots should gauge every intercepted/fumbled football and bring it to the attention of the ref. Document the numbers with precision-tested gauges. Then publish their findings after the season, hell after every week.

They think 11.52 psi is a big deal? Let's see how they like 10.2 on a 20 degree day in December.

I only updated the title and one sentence, per feedback.

1) I changed the title to give the message away:

before: "Hate to say it but team did earn punishment in AFCCG"
after: "Hate to say it but one team did earn punishment in AFCCG…"

2) I also made it clear I'm taking about the Colts by making them bold and rephrasing this sentence.

Sentence after: "Based on the evidence, the Colts should be suspended because the team's leadership and ball boys..."

It is true that threads with controversial titles on many message boards get insta-downvoted without reading based on the title. I also wonder if people misread the giant Colts banners in my signature.
