Jaguars were hyped in off-season to be winning the division.

It's not just that they fell short of that goal; they were one of the three worst teams in the league.

Jared Goff
Tyrod Taylor (maybe)
Whomever the hell the Jets keep around (maybe)
Aging/declining Phillip Rivers (maybe)
Aging/declining Drew Brees (maybe)
**** soup in SF (maybe)

The odds aren't good in that group.
