this guy can make some crazy catches but he scared the crap out of me on the one where he hits the ground and the helmet flies off. I am hunting for a video clip.
Any thoughts on this?

I couldn't believe the refs picked up the flag on the first helmet hit at the end of the first quarter. Should have been an extra 15 yards. I think Sony got hurt on the play and fumbled so it was a massive swing as the Patriots would have been in the Bears' half and the called play may well have been different from a run play to Michel.

Hope these hits don’t cause a usage relapse.

A ball never hits his chest..his man are a thing of beauty

It’s astounding how smart and physically gifted he is.

How many WR have come through those doors and couldn’t make it??

That hit should have been flag.

There have been a few hits on him that I have been ohh crap and he has gotten up.

Dude is a beast!

It really says a lot about how smart he is.

We have had so many wrs come and go. He’s one of the few that have ever picked us the offense to quickly. That’s why I never dwell on wrs we let go because most of them don’t ever do well on other teams either.

He’s been fantastic since he’s gotten on the field. One thing I noticed though is he doesn’t have that burst he had in 2013. 2018 Gordon is still a pro bowl caliber receiver, but 2013 Gordon was elite. I’m wondering if the hammy isn’t 100% yet. I noticed on the 55 yard catch, the 2013 Gordon is gone to the end zone just on speed alone.

One thing that’s clear, he can go up and contest a ball better than most receivers in the NFL, and the hands are still elite. Brady already trusts him big time, already surpassing Hogan, Dorsett & Patterson in the trust department.

His head has to stop smashing into the ground. But, he's definitely trending in the right direction as a meaning piece to our offense.

38 points without Gronk/Michel (for the most part) is excellent. Though depth is getting thin, so we don't have much of a margin for any more serious injuries at the skills positions

This is why I wanted to talk about this. He is really good. Moss 2.0 or whatever but he gets hit in the head a lot. Yesterday I’m sitting there thinking he might not get up from a hit. That flag pick up was a disgrace too

That 4th down catch was gigantic. If he doesn’t come down with that and the bears take over around midfield (again) who knows. With all the other breaks their way

Right, I was nervous with that being 'our play' on fourth down. I prefer to a safer pass to White and/or Edelman. I'm sure Brady does too, which tells me both must've been covered well. Either way, I was ecstatic to see Gordon come up with it.

I was waiting for that somehow to be incomplete because helmet off means play over and he didn’t complete the catch before the helmet came off. Would have been NFL rules to the most absurd level.

His Helmet hit the Ground after the fall surprised he wasn't concussed.

Actually 24 points from offense without Gronk/Michel, whereas special team's kickoff return TD and defense's fumble recovery TD accounted for 14 points.

Cooks would’ve made that fourth down catch. Only question is, after powerfully winning that jump ball, would he have carried multiple defenders on his back into the end zone?

He smashed his head real bad last week as well

Tough son of a gun, hope he protects himself more tho

Right then when it was fourth down. I had amendola flash backs
