Goodell's letter response to the NFLPA...6/2/2015

Bumping.... to remind people of the kind of monster Brady is dealing with

I'm pretty sure they measured 4 footballs for the NEP after the game. I think some had increased in pressure in the after the game measurements.

Yes, because they were "reinflated" at halftime when the nitwits discovered that the balls were below 12.5. That would make bring them to a higher level than pre-game once they returned to room temp.

The NFL is determined to paint Brady as dishonest. HE'S A LIAR...so says the NFL.
TAKE THEM TO COURT BRADY...SUE THEIR MFA'S. Then these bastards can go in a court of law and try to peddle their crap.

After that take your football and go home.

No one here knows what Kraft has done, tried to do, or intends to do, but rave on.

As much as you all might like him to spit in Goodell's eye and secede from the league, he is in actuality one of the owners, not a player, not a union leader etc.

Not sure what the owner of the St. Louis patriots would be like, but i doubt we would be four time super bowl champions.

By the way, he paid a then record 172 million for the team after buying a racetrack, an obsolete stadium and financing his own 325 million dollar facility. Some of you deserve to root foe an Art Modell, Jim Irsay, or Victor Kiam team. Even in a blind rage, your arguments are juvenile.

I'll say this about Kraft. It's not like he peed down our necks and told us it's raining. He just peed down our necks and said sorry, but I had to do that for my team, the owners.

By the way, you have it backwards. It's Kraft (and you) who have sided with the Jones' and Irsay's of the world. I don't think you deserve that, but you own it, not us.

If the owner of the SL Pats hired Bill Belichick and he drafted Tom Brady, there would be no difference. Who knows, they may have won more SBs in SL because Goody wouldn't have been stealing picks from them to help the Jets.

The media will focus on whatever they want. Bob laying down is just as likely to make it harder to win the PR battle.

Bob taking up his role as management despite the wrongful damage that has been done to his team and Brady is the problem. Him breaking ranks and supporting Brady would likely do far more to help than hurt.

Who cares what the mediots think anyway?

I'm more concerned about the stupid Pats fans who think accepting a huge fine and loss of a 1st and 4th pick for doing nothing wrong is somehow helpful to the team.

I just hope this doesn't tarnish the legacy.

Anyone can explain why the NFLPA allowed Goodell to preside over the hearing, after requesting that he assign a neutral arbiter?

That will almost certainly be one of the avenues they use in their appeal, but part of dealing with CBAs is that, with the courts' desire to avoid getting involved generally, you really need to go through the whole process before you go to the courts.

Allowed?
Under the CBA the NFLPA has no ability to "allow"
Labor courts will adjudicate if this is valid under US Law
