I have a question. After seeing him up close and personal last night....why am I still hearing Jaxon Dart will be a special, special player in the NFL? I saw almost nothing to say he won't be anything more than an average QB with spurts of high end play. Maybe I'm wrong, but not everyone can be Maye.

I like Boomer and just listened to his interview on WEEI this morning. He literally just said that there is lot of Maye in Dart. Accuracy, mobility, release etc.

Ummmmm........

Dart is going to be lucky to make it 3 years with the way he plays.

He's not the worst rookie QB I've ever seen. But he's putting bumps on his bump card like nobody's business.

Maye has stronger arm, is physically bigger has one year as an NFL starter under his belt and perhaps tougher
JJ Mcarthy is more accurate, perhaps more mobile, less prone to turnovers and faced tougher competition in college and has more talent surrounding him

It should be interesting. This year I think JJ Mccarthy will have better stats due to better talent, but if Maye can improve accuracy, decision making and cut down on turnovers I think he will be the better qb over their career.

McCarthy is very good also.
