Neal is too unreliable to offer any more than the vet minimum+. Let's see if Kaczur can move inside to RG, while Light & Vollmer start at Tackle. Then extend Mankins, draft Maurkice Pouncey to replace the declining Koppen, and Voila!

I wouldn't mind seeing Neal return as insurance in case Kaczur krapps the bed; just not at a starter's salary.
