I had brought this up yesterday, isn't the legal tampering window only for discussing potential fits, visits and contract offers are strictly prohibited?

I see absolutely nothing about us discussing contracts with anyone who isn't one of our own FA's. Teams like Miami, Philly, KC, and everyone else who has "signed" a player already should be penalized in a way. These agents and players really need to wait until the period officially begins to text Schefter, drive up your prices with teams in private.

Hadn't specifically put the two in conspiracy-theory sequence with another as I generally go by the 'don't attribute to a conspiracy what you can just as likely attribute to pure incompetence' theory. If they were actually following the legal tampering guidelines they would NOT be allowed to make offers. Which is very strange considering the rest of the guidelines is structured in a way that would seem to hint you were making offers but then another rule strictly prohibits it.
