The second int wasn't toms fault, was a perfect play by Wagner. The first one was bad, but I believe he didn't see lane and didn't throw it away fearing an intentional grounding play. Don't blame him, since the heat was coming from both ways.
The first pick was 100% Tom's fault. Yes, there was some pressure, but it wasn't immediate and considering the field position, you simply can't toss it up due to panic. Just curl up and take the easy 3. Even worse, it had no chance of being caught even if Lane wasn't there and could have been intercepted by two other defenders. Tom not seeing Lane does nothing to defend the play, if anything it makes it worse.
As for the second, it was a great play by Wagner, but the throw was behind Gronk by about 10 feet. From the QB perspective, you can see Rob having to stop and lean back for the ball. Had it been led properly it may have been knocked down but it almost certainly would not have been picked.
