I presume he's not coming here after he upped his price, but, if you think Mike Wright isn't going to make the roster, cutting him free's up 2/3 of the cap space you'd need to sign Roth.

The figure is certainty makeable.

I don't think it's about actually coming up with cap space, I think it's the fact that Roth likely is not worth the 3 mill/per asking price.
