Even if the league determines this to be tampering, there are a lot of difference. Kraft said part of him wished that the Pats kept Revis. Johnson said he was intended to get Revis back if he can. Johnson is a repeat offender and the Kraft isn't.

I have to think the Jets are really scared of what is going to come out of the other investigation on them. They just signed Revis to a 5 year contract that would make him 34-35 years old when it's over what exactly did Kraft tamper with? He commented on a player that was on his team up until 2 weeks ago.
