First Meaningless 2025 Mock

I did two trades down in the 1st, but I really feel that I loaded up big time. Stewart is too low at #27, Bond won't be there at #38, and I was shocked to see Nolen at #59. Still... guys go up and down all the time, right? Got a log jam at RB, but this allows them to divest of Rham and save some money, assuming all 3 make the team.

Fun one.

Some very good names. I'm not as high on Bond, Walker and Ersery as some but I really like most of the other picks.

I like the trade back with Dallas here. Membou, Campbell and Ratledge are nice adds, and I am happy with the back half as well.

Would you take this mock from Chad Graff of The Athletic?

4. Shemar Stewart, EDGE, Texas A&M

38. Luther Burden, WR, Missouri

69. Ozzy Trapilo, OT, Boston College

77. Terrance Ferguson, TE, Oregon

104. CJ West, DT, Indiana

144. Denzel Burke, CB, Ohio State

218. Miles Frazier, OG, LSU

221. Donovan Edwards, RB, Michigan

239. Jordan Hancock, S, Ohio State

I would be very happy with the first five picks in this mock and might make other choices later on but but I think he's done a good job here. It's hard to argue with the picks at 69, 77 and 104, considering what's been taken beforehand.

Lazar had a very similar one but Hunter at 4 (which is starting to seem like a possibility again) and Sawyer at 38

You have a better feel for this draft stuff
I have watched some stuff on Stewart.
He has power and definately can set the edge and pressure the QB. Just never seems to finish
Hell also be going up against better competition in the NFL
I know he tore up the Combine. But tape matters to me very much
4 seems way too rich and risky
We need to hit on this pick
Thoughts?

I'm with you. Manx and I had a discussion in another thread.

Stewart

I have not seen Ozzy that high before. I will be really surprised if Donovan Edwards is a R6 guy, but I have taken him in a couple mocks that late. Seems like he should be R4 maybe. R6, gimme Jayden Blue

I'm a LeQuint Allen guy but Blue is almost certainly the more athletic.
