MIAMI -- The Miami Dolphins released quarterback Daunte Culpepper on Tuesday, ending the former Pro Bowler's short stint in South Florida and wrapping up what became a contentious split between the player and the team.

It's about time, Culpepper became a public enemy in South Florida and it's good to see he's finally gone. We may see him in our opening pre-season game vs. the Jaguars and he may get some PT as the #2.

Guess hes not as good as Brady afterall.

well, he got his wish. now he can suck elsewhere

it's as if every ignored how bad a year he had in his final season with the Vikings. He was horrible. He only played for half the season, but without Moss, he's a duck out of water. anyone could see a mile away he was going to do awful in Miami just the same

obviously not anyone

What a shame. The Dolphins will need him after Green gets his bell rung again.

OTOH, you know the old saying, "when life hands you Lemon..."
I have no idea how *that* will work out... Maybe Cleo will be the next Tom Brady???
