Is it even official? This just says Schefter reported that the league is considering a 1 game suspension. I believe if they do Faulk can appeal. Unless there is something we don't know about in Faulk's past, it would be hard for Badell to justify this based on precident.

Color me skeptical untill it's announced. Seems harsh for a 1st and minor offense relative to the shenanigans going on throughout the league. In any case LJ will fill Faulk's role excepting the blocking.

I don't understand at all how the timing is relevant. What exactly would the Pats have done differently if they knew Faulk was going to be suspended one game in July? Re-sign JR Redmond?
