Fanspeak: Manage the Cap

This would be a dream of a FA period, but I’m not sure how you’re getting a lot of these low cap hits, which makes it pretty unrealistic, in my opinion.
Those are the cap hits and not the actual contract. For example, Nate Solder accepted a 5 year contract, 10.5 Mil a year. 6.5 Mil cap hit! Try it out, addicting game.

I'm gonna waste a lot of time with this at work (if there's time to waste) either way, but from that description, it sounds like you can just mortgage the future.

You can only sign players with the free cap space you have. Try it iut

The Pats can get to 35 million is cap space cutting 4 players.

Allen no great loss
Branch a loss, but not insurmountable.
Bennett good bye
Harris invisble

No option to restructure Brady or Dwayne Allen (or Bennett).
No Harris to cut.

Hmmm ....

Agree with all except I would restructure Allen. He's an asset in both the pass and run.

Like the idea of this but it's one of those sites that bogs down the ole laptop.

Agreed

His 86 receiving yards and 1 TD would be sorely missed.

You mean that you would ask him to sign a new contract for lower pay?
