And the worst curse the SCOTUS could ever drop on this dude is to actually accept the case. It's one thing to file the petition for certiorari. You could whip that together in a weekend. But think of the hundreds of hours this guy will need to spend on his brief and preparing his oral argument if the Court actually agreed to take the case. One of your all-time backfires.

And after all that they'll get awarded $1.
