Winners:

Taylor Price and Brandon Tate - With Moss gone we did not draft any WRs. BB obviously thinks that Tate and Price are the real deal.

All of the young DLinemen - BB must like Love, Deadrick, Brace, etc.

Secondary - With only Ras-I Dowling drafted, BB must like the young secondary

Logan Mankins - Logan gets his money

Losers:

Matt Light - He is gone because he is not going to sign a 1 year contract

BJGE - The JETS dared us to run in the playoff game and we ended up with the drive to nowhere. Now BJGE goes from sub to starter back to sub.

Alge Crumpler - Looks like this is his last year.

Who is going to start over BenJarvus?

I think its still BenJarvus, Woodhead, Vereen and Findley will either be playing fullback and goal line or he'll be gone.

Brian Hoyer probably biggest loser. Sammy Morris and Fred Taylor gone for sure.

I have thought all along that Light would sign a two year deal maybe a 3 year deal with a bogus last year (assuming there is a cap) w/us unless some other team blows him away with an offer.

Agreed. I always thought Matt Light will retire here. Even though his talents might be diminishing, management and coaches love him.

if Kevin Faulk comes back, he will probably be the inactive 5th runningback and work as a mentor to the young backfield.

I wonder if they'll use Crumpler or the rook as the 3rd/Blocking TE?

Light, Crumpler, Hoyer, Morris, Faulk, Taylor definite losers. On the bubble? Merriweather/Butler. I think Butler makes it. Merriweather better hit the books hard along with the weight room...

It's possible that Mankins gets 1 more year with the Tag, Light 1 year at LT than a couple as a OG. Wilhite and Maybe Merriweather.

Fletcher and Cunningham got a vote of confidence along with the young DLmen

I want to add Connelly to my on the bubble list...

Winners
Stroud - No new prospects to threaten him on the roster/depth chart.
Brace/Deaderick/Love - Serious vote of confidence
Wright - Unique skill set on the team, but several similar options in this draft
Price/Tate/Edelperson - Deep WR draft with lots on the board when the Pats bowed out
Connolly/Ohrnberger - No OG except Cannon, who is likely a 2012 guy
Wendell - One more year as backup
Ninkovich - With TBC a possible cap casualty, Ninko looks very safe now
Koppen - Only 31 so possible he may get extended
Brady - Focus on running game, half ton of new blockers and no new receivers to get used to

Losers
Sanders - Too expensive with new CBA and youngsters needing reps
Meriweather - 2011 is an audition for his next team/contract
Light - Pats could have waited until better OT class in 2012 but didn't
Faulk/Morris - No chance now
Murrell/Slater/Brown/Lockett - Carter and Williams are looking for ST jobs
Katula - If Smith can snap effectively, he saves a roster spot
BJGE - Less likely to get the snaps needed to get a big contract

Depends
Mankins - Going nowhere this year but will be free in 2012
Hoyer - Focus on Pats preseason games now, can audition for a job

I agree on everything except Slater being a loser. Slater is a winner. BB drafted a Slater clone - 4.4 speed with decent size and not a stater in college (which means uncoordinated) to operate as the opposite gunner to Slater. Just like BB wants 2 shutdown corners - I think BB wants 2 shutdown gunners on ST and will spend late draft picks to achieve it.

I hope K-Faulk can win by losing and end up staying with the team in some kind of capacity like coaching. The man is an inspiration.

Me too. Huge celebration for his retirement, then he puts Vereen straight under his wing as an assistant coach. Please.
