We should all try to find ways to "decrease the surplus population", right?

I cannot understand the religious arguement against birth control. Abortion, ok i get it, if you believe life begins at conception. But to be against birth control, arent you saying life begins at erection??

Every sperm and egg are half of a potential human and in that sense deserve ---- reverence ---- is not the word I want but it's spirit.

So if we are talking religion we could say that they are indeed sacred.

Nothing is sacred though that has not been named so by man.

God is not around to call anything sacred or anything else for that matter.

As a human, I hate to see any potential human life wasted.
