Both Dale and Holley appear to be unaware that:

1. Garoppolo is a Free Agent at the end of the 2017 season. They spent 5-10 minutes discussing how dumb it was to trade him now rather than just wait for the end of the season.
2. The Pats no longer had the cap room to extend Garoppolo (see @MainePatsFan26 's post on this ).

Holley was taking it as gospel that Kraft ordered BB to trade Jimmy G.

I am in the wrong line of work.

His amazing sources essentially got everything wrong when it comes to specific things. There is no PotW award, Brady didnt carelessly injure Hogan, Brady doesn't want to be called "sir", BB didnt meet with Goodell last week, TB12 was never locked for JG....

My guess is that Jeff Howe's right. My personal bias is that Brady probably doesn't care about winning some sort of team recognition from Belichick, but I do know that at least at some point, it was important to Tom Brady to win the coveted parking spots for offseason work.

It's crazy to me that the only "evidence" I ever saw of Deflategate or this being remotely true is how legitimately sketchy all Patriots reactions were. You'd think they would have figured this out by now.

Yesterday when we learned this article was coming out, and that he wrote it, everyone was like "I bet it will be full of vague allegations and people who don't want their names to be used." And lo and behold, that's what happened! Sorry, Wickerson doesn't get ANY benefit of the doubt in this one.

Yep. I’m pretty sure he’s the guy who claimed Belichick was cheating by watching a TV outside the stadium during games. Something that is actually impossible for Belichick to do, which makes it a flat out lie, and discredits him entirely.

I’ve never considered you a hater, I reserve that for Rhody, FCB, Triumph, sctjones, Captain Stone,etc etc, they have been earning it for years.

New Jersey wouldn't be big enough for him and Gettleman.
If this had all come down two weeks ago, there would be a drum beat for Belichick and Josh as GM and HC.
Gettleman was very smart and got on the job right away.
