After listening to WEEI I heard a few respected personalities say he should not go to court because he did "something." Fair enough.
There was "something" in the sample. They can't say "masking agent, adderol, or whatever new steroid thing that looks enough like something banned to trigger a positive" every time.
I also understand the two host sports talk radio format where 1 guy draws the short straw and has to argue a position that will generate calls. (Usually from Russ Golman. )
I also understand that radio hosting is not reporting.
Now for the funny part: Here is a scenario that is unlikely but has as much evidence as "he did something (see above for the long description of "something")"
The sample collector wrote dow 180ML. Then he took it home and used it for his urine fetish. The sample collector used 20ml and knew if he turned in 160ml people would know he is a pervert. So he topped it off with nail polish remover. (All perverts have nail polish remover. ) Then it set off alarms because something was wrong.
This scenario has as much evidence as Edelman did something.
Yeah, they have proof that the test found something. I have proof he appealed the chain of custody was broken. My speculation based on few facts is as valid as theirs.
