The headline says he was “ARRESTED” but reading the article, it sure sounds to me more like he was simply detained. I gladly admit I might be misinterpreting the article though. Maybe he got cuffed and spent 20 minutes in the back seat of a police car which I guess would count as being arrested, but not quite as big a deal as being brought to the police station and processed.

Having said that, one shouldn’t defend someone based on the laundry they wear on Sunday’s. It was a jackass thing to do, but not the end of the world.
