Was wondering whether it might be a decent idea to trade for Bly, I know that the guy is shouting his mouth off, but if the Saints have a 4th on the table shouldn't the Patriots be interested at that price.

Fits two problems, the Asante Samuel contract, also gives us depth.

We could trade him to the Redskins too....either Samuel or Bly

This is of course if the reports about him wanting away from Denver are true.

Who wants other team's problems?

Patriots, like all other teams not in Washington and Denver, should stay clear of this mess. DRE BLY had a contract on the table with Washington, but was traded to Denver. Denver could care less if BLY wants to be there, because he is and he can't do anything about it.

If I'm Denver, I'll listen with very little urgency to move BLY. Denver got there player and if someone else wants him, they will have to pay for him. Doubt a fourth will get it done, but I can't figure out why Washington doesn't just pass them Shawn Springs over to Denver and swap picks in the fourth round.
