Why the hate lol?
We get so many ahole trolls ….if you are legitimately here to talk football then welcome….have nothing against the packers now that Rodgers is gone

I am. I promise. Don’t hate the Patriots at all.

I know you guys most likely dislike us. I understand that too.
Absolutely not. When I was a kid, the Packers were my favorite team. Ray Nitschke was my favorite player, Lombardi my favorite coach. I remember being thrilled when the Packers humiliated the upstart AFL. My favorite AFL team? The Boston Patriots. So I have lived happily in both worlds. For a long time I remembered your glory years as happily as I now remember ours.

Meaning you are better off keeping him until the offseason/draft time. You need to fully see if he can do something with Drake. He's had 1 game playing with a real QB.
I’d love to see it, but real talent shows up even when the conditions aren’t decent. Talent makes its own opportunities and lifts up the team. Look at Drake. Look at Edelman. TT is a bust. He’ll be released after the season. His speed will get him looks next year from other teams, perhaps, but he’ll be out of the league within 3 years.

Hope I’m wrong!

Your right. The thing with Tyquan it's been so difficult to really know definitively if he can develop into what I think he could be. His rookie season he was injured in camp and was in the barnum and Bailey offense.. last season hurt again and we know how dysfunctional it was. Now this season pretty much had no QB with Brissett playing he went from being a starter to inactive. What Tyquan can do is take coverage downfield.. he still has an element that is so coveted in "speed". I remember Tyreek wasn't anything more than a specicial teams player earlier in his career. Then he became a monster at WR with mahomes. I would just like to see for at least the next few games if... just if Tyquan ans Drake can connect a few times it may show promises. Tyquan and Drake made alot of plays in training camp.

So Maye clears the protocol and his first play of note is another run inviting more hits. I know he has to play his natural game but I am fearful. He isnt super built like Allen etc or Super fast like Lamar. I forsee crunched bones.

The Jets were just pulling some strings with their "independent" doctors from the NFL head office. Maye wasn't concussed last week It's rare that a player goes into protocol and then plays the next week. The Jets were hoping Jacoby would turtle and he didn't.

Does anyone think the NFL needs to revisit the sliding rule for QBs? Look at this video:

I've seen this happen several times this year already.

You are exposed and defenseless when you slide. Are you better off just running normally and making contact like a RB?

Because if you get hit in the head on a slide, your head is going to bounce off the ground like this. Your neck is going to snap back.
