It’s the OL not the qb. On all of Maye’s sneaks, he can’t take a step forward cause DLs are at his feet instantly. No ground to step on, no push by the iol at all.

Yeah, that tracks. I've seen some film from Taylor Kyles that showed our O-Line isn't great at all in run blocking. Still I'll take what we have now over last year where Drake and Jacoby were running for their lives.

I love that this is the takeaway. Not that one is better than the other.
After all, all I heard in the offseason from these people, is that the Patriots have the worst roster in the league.

If a team offered up three first round picks for Gonzalez, the Patriots would probably make the deal.

If a team offered up three first round picks for Maye, the Patriots hang up the phone. Even if it were a bottom feeder.

Even with all the TOs and sacks, he's a consistent top 5 QB now.

Probably? There is nothing any team could give that would get me to trade Maye. I wouldn't take 10 first round picks for him. He's their franchise Quarterback for the next 15 years. More Lombardi's are on their way.
