In Blount's case "the incident" wasn't even his only suspension. He had already been suspended for not attending workouts. Just has a bad reputation all around.

actually, from what Ian said, it was a combination of the load it caused and the number of people (over 2600) and the number of them who kept hitting refresh when in live threads.

And I'd like to know what the Boise State player said to him. There were reports it was either of two things, that while not excusing Blount, certainly mitigate it or make his reaction understandable....A little research on Google will get it, don't need to rehash rumors here.....
While not the right thing to do, I can't say I would have reacted differently if it's true....
