Does anyone know what the rules are for surrendering draft picks if we sign a franchise player? I know it's 2 first round picks, but which ones would we have to give up? 2023 and 2024? Or can it be 2023 and 2025?

Just wondering what the official rule is.

2023 and 2024 up until the draft, then 2024 and 2025 after the draft. Obviously the future picks are more favorable value for the team acquiring him, but that requires going through free agency and the draft without knowing if Jackson will accept your offer or if the Ravens will match.

In this case it would also mean mostly sitting out FA.
