As a side note, interesting that they signed another undrafted free agent college DE OLB conversion project.

Lavarias, Silvestro, Coulson, Nurse, Cox, Sleepy, Grumpy, Dopey, Doc. How many is that?

I think it's interesting because so few have panned out. So I guess they are due. Vince Redd, Keith Saunders, Kyle Bissinger, Justin Rogers, Kader Drame, Andre Torrey, Grant Steen, Dante Balestracci. I'm sure there have been others.

And yet none of the highly athletic ones available earlier in the draft. As far as I have seen, no QB's, no RB's, no pure WR's (although a return specialist), no defensive tackles, no ends, no safeties, no corners. Five DE/OLB's.

On Cox specifically:
No way this guy makes the practice squad. Stunningly unathletic. His speed compares to guards, his strength to receivers.

Agreed.

That's why in another thread I opined that Belichick was a sucker for taking Cox.
