Hmm there's nobody there I'd really want to see back, maybe Benard. But in an emergency I'd hope for better options elsewhere.

Dowling and Ballard would be exceptions since a return would likely mean they've turned a corner healthwise (the main reason they're not effective). But that is quite unlikely if they still aren't recovered now.

I’m not sure if we should view it as a positive or a negative, but there is a whole lot of talent heading out of Foxboro.

Lavelle Hawkins actually played VERY well for the 49ers after we cut him. Did the 49ers cut him ? My first choice would be Simms obviously, I hope he goes through waivers and comes back to our practice squad, but he looked so good, I doubt he gets past the Jets.
