This is correct. There are guys, like Corey Ballantine, off the street that are better than our camp marvels. The Pats depth just got better. Gonzo fills James' roster spot and eventually Ballantine is added as well.
Cory Balenttine is better?
LMFAO

Even under Belichick during the 2nd dynasty, we were turning over 1/3 of of the roster every year. 2 years removed, that means you’d only have about 45% of the roster that played on that first team. From that view, while a 25% retention rate is certainly lower, it’s not as extreme as it might sound at first glance. Difference between 23 players and 13.

I was going off the over 50% turnover this season, and basing it on the players who were on the 24’ roster. There could well be over 25% turnover next offseason, but some of those will be guys they brought in this year.

HAPPY to see Glassman is coming back.
He's a really good player, Although I don't think of him like some others, he's good, but I don't think he's as good as some say.
We'll see soon.

I don’t agree.
The top of the round draft pick only really counts for the number one, and they were fourth in a three-person draft.
We are at the top of every round. How is that not an advantage?
And there are only so many free agents and a 4-13 team isn’t that attractive.
We attracted Williams and Dvais III, the two best FAs for the defensive line and backfield. How much better do you want than the best available?
It’s really unlikely to turn over 75% of a team in one year. You could argue they should’ve cut Dugger and Onwenu right away but incredibly painful financially in 2025.
Anyway, I think many good new coaches look at it as a two year turnover. Massive free agent spending is seldom the best way to rebuild a roster.
I agree that FA spending rarely turns around a team. But we spent a lot of money and looked no better than 2024. That is unexcusable.

You ignore the world because you are so sensitive? Sorry if I tickled your feelings. LOL. Yes, I am embarrassing, I have been like that all my life, but I am not a drunk, only a guy that likes cognac. Keep drinking and raise a glass for me.

Feels like a Vrabel move. He said players would need to get it together or be gone.
Shoulda kicked a ****load to the curb then.
He wasn't 1 of them, IMO.
