The JETS coaches are begging us to run the ball... I guess they don't know what Psycho and Co. know... :bricks:

If Brady was audiblizing out of run plays for any reason other than putting his teamates in a better position to make a play, like say because he's stubborn and egotistical as we clearly know from past history..., Bill would bench him. If there is one thing this OL is struggling more with that pass blocking effectively at the moment it is run blocking.

Disagree. I hear this a lot, that if "x" problem were happening Belichick would surely do "y" if it were true, and since that didn't happen we're all just idiots who don't know the hidden master plan.

Belichick let Mangini run a horrible defense in 2005 for almost that entire season, does everyone forget? He didn't touch it until basically December. He let Josh McDaniels completely ruin the 2006 (and probably other years too) draft, over-riding his scouts.

We don't know the information that Belichick is getting. Maybe Belichick is listening to assistants who don't know what they're doing. What we do know is that aside from Scar, most of the rest of the coaching staff were no-name people at no-success college programs with no proven success prior to joining the Patriots. Who is to say that Belichick is STILL relying on bad information/analysis from the people around him?
