Welcome to the 2022 season betting in the Dingleberry Casino. We have 26 bettors signed up ready to play for the big bucks this year. Everyone will start Week 1 betting with a $200,000 bank roll. The Week 1 betting thread will be up some time before the end of Labor Day Weekend. Within that thread, I will go over all of the various rules for anyone new to betting. You name it, we will cover it (spreads, over/under, teasers, parlays, etc). Many who played last year had some carry over bonus money which will be added to their 200k beginning purse. Again, more on that next week.
It is time now to get the season prop bets in. There are very strict rules to how these bets can be made, so pay close attention and please ask if confused. Below on the second post you will see several prop betting opportunities that are over/under bets. These bets would pay out at (+100) or even money. You will be given $100k to make five 20k bets. No exceptions. These will all pay off at the end of the regular season and we all have an opportunity to add an additional 100k to our playoff bankroll with these 5 bets! The 100k can only be used here in this manner. If you do not make the bets, the money is forfeited. Choose wisely!
The third post below has some prop bet odds with much higher payoff opportunities. For example, a (+700) bet would pay 7 times the bet, and a (+2000) bet would pay 20 times! And so on. These have the potential to be nice lottery tickets at the end of this game come playoff time. You have an additional $15k to make only three 5k bets.
Please have your 8 total prop bets in before the first Week 1 game. I encourage everyone to consider avoiding the urge to go all in betting early in the season. It will reduce the chance you are around to play the game all season. Last year also taught us that “slow and steady” does win the race. Also, anyone who goes bust prior to Week 10 of the regular season will lose their season prop bets from above. Don’t do that! Stay in the game until the playoffs when it gets really interesting.
