In fairness to Felger he thought Borges was ridiculous in choosing Dungy. then he allowed caller after caller to bash borges and Felger just laughed.

That would be like saying you would take Dominique Wilkins over Jordan.

That's giving Dungy way to much credit to compare him to 'Nique. Dungy could never go toe to toe with Larry Bird matching point for point to score 50 each. Unlike Dungy, 'Nique could certainly bring it in a big game.

No, really -- it was something I thought earlier in the year. A number of new posters arrived and started posting opinions without any information, evidence or argument -- even wildly positive opinions about the Pats -- and then resented it when folks who'd been here longer started taking them to task. Perhaps their idea of a message board was a place that was like sports-talk radio. God forbid!

I LOVE Smerlas, but of course in a manly man sorta way. He is funny and self-depricating. I love the way DeOssie ridicules him for his Brady worship and I'm a major Brady fan.
