@michaelboldiga yea they will wait until Monday when all the media is in Foxboro

Chargers finalist for DC job that went to Gus Bradley was their DB coach Ron Milus. Had Bradley not opted for Chargers, Milus was their man.

Gus Bradley was big defensive coordinator domino multiple teams were waiting on. Now that he's a Charger, other teams will move quick.

Shame the salary wasn't freed up before hand.

Best of luck in the future and thanks for popping A-Roid.

this is why you hang onto surplus pitching...we always seem to need it.

looks like Lester, Lackey, Buch, Doubront, and Peavy. I would like to see what Brandon workman could do as a starter, but he was real good out of the pen last year.

Are either of those guys from the dodgers trade likely to be in the frame?
Not sure we can rely on Buch's health or Peavy's age.

de la Rosa and Webster, right?

I'd think Webster's first up then de la Rosa, based on their innings last year.

Will be interesting to see if any other prospects can show something in spring training -- Ranaudo, Owens, Barnes. I'd guess Ranaudo could see time in the bigs this year given his age and minor league innings, but I think Barnes and Owens are both just 21 and Owens, especially, still doesn't have many innings under his belt in the minors.
