DeMaurice Smith on Wells report

"More probable than not" that Brady ordered footballs deflated is vastly different than "more probably than not" that Brady was "generally aware" of the deflation of footballs.

Yeah if the standard is "more probably than not" that any player was "generally aware", than hes right, that violates the CBA. So, its a pretty logical way to fight it, and win a case.

I would like to offer sympathy for the crap show that the league did to your team. Everyone should have seen the abuse of power back during bountygate.

Corrected your post.

Corrected your post.

I can understand people getting it wrong re: Spygate, at least initially. Goodell didn't have a track record for being an idiot yet, and by not fighting it the Pats never really exposed the ridiculousness of it to the masses. Everyone should have realized after Bountygate, though. And failing that, after Rice and Peterson. Anyone who still didn't get it after the courts smacked down the Peterson decision is just kinda... dumb.

You are correct. Bob didn't want to emasculate a new commissioner.

But there is so much more that happened behind the scenes that to this day never should have been allowed.

Its greatly appreciated, Thank You. We have alot of healing to do it destroyed a pretty good team. We were way to naive. Robertweathers is right that it started with spyagte.
Im really hoping the NFLPA does a better job, and seems like a good angle to take to help Brady. After all we just want him to play.
