Keep on disliking my posts. All you guys are doing is filling up my ignore list. Likes, Dislikes, Agree, Disagree, winner doesn't not matter to me. They're trivial. I couldnt careless. I'm going to talk to Ian to see if it's possible for me to disable those features. I don't need them. Which grown adults really cares about likes and dislikes.

I do! In fact, my entire self esteem is predicated on likes and dislikes here. If I do not receive at least 10 likes, 10 agrees, and 5 winners today...I will know I am not a winner. It means I am a loser.

But since you have the fortunate testicular fortitude and winner attitude to not care about likes and dislikes, it raises an obvious question. Why bother Ian to disable something so meaningless to you?

Okay, way too long since signing in here and posting something. Hell, got married, children, busy job, life.....I don't even know my way around this redecorated place. It's busy as all hell, Ian.

I just want to say - GFY to the media for being moronic leeches, GFY to the Colts for your ****y behavior, and GFY to the NFL for dragging this BS out so long.

Long live Belichick, Brady, The Patriots, and the fans!

If irsay had not ratted this to kravitz or if the stupid league didnt leak the 2 pound less info to mort, this would not be as big an issue.

Here's my rant:

To everyone out there who is now giving the Patriots grief about the underinflated balls, I would like to introduce you to basic Chemistry. If you can remember chemistry, in it, we learned about something called the Natural Gas Law in which we learned there was a ratio between pressure and temperature.

Pressure is caused by the force of the gas molecules impacting the sides of its container. The higher the temperature, the more pressure can be created by the same volume of gas. When the temperature is lowered, pressure reduces (PV=nRT where P= Pressure, V=Volume, n=moles of gas, R=gas constant and T= Temperature). If you want to do the math yourself, here's some handy hints.

First, solve for P.

P= nRT/V.

Second, we have to decide what remains constant and eliminate it. Well, the gas constant, obviously. The internal volume of the ball does not change, either, leaving us with....

P= nT.

Third, for the sake of argument (and this is a valid point, as well), we'll assume the loss of the gas moles is negligible to the point you can write off n as well.

P=T

Fourth, we now have to set up a situation wherein we have a beginning and ending set.

Gay-Lussac's Law states:

P1/T1= P2/T2.

Once you get the numbers from the temperature inside Gillette where the balls were initially filled and the numbers outside where they were then tested, you arrive at a situation wherein you lose pressure.

Beyond the science, let's also reflect on this:

1) The Colts player who was initially identified as the one who turned the ball in denies it.

2) 11/12 balls were underinflated. The Patriots have played 18 games now in the regular season and playoffs, including cold conditions, rainy conditions, snowy conditions, etc. The refs have never worried about it. Other teams have never worried about it (Brady has been picked off more than once this year). To do it to such a large extent suggests a systematic approach that very likely would have been used in any bad weather game. Yet this has never been an issue at any point this season.

3) Other quarterbacks are pissed that this has become an issue because...they do it, too.

4) Currently, the NFL is saying there is little evidence any tampering took place. Probably because the scientific reason balls lose pressure in the cold is the real culprit.

Further, to address the whole Cheatriots, Belicheat crap (how many different ways can we work cheat into a name, hyuk), here's what is conveniently forgotten by fans, media morons and Marshall Faulk (and others who carry a grudge):

1) The Spygate thing has been thoroughly dismissed by many NFL coaches, both current and former as pretty much a non-issue. They all do it, would do it, have done similar.

2) Conveniently forgotten are the transgressions of the 49ers and Broncos during their Super Bowl runs during the 90s. Up until the Spygate incident, these were the two HEAVIEST fines in NFL history. They cheated on the salary cap to allow them to keep more quality players on their team. They were fined draft picks and cash. But nobody ever calls them the Cheaty-Niners or the Broncheats.

In conclusion, while I am not pleased about either of the Gates (and please, stop using the -gate suffix, most of you probably don't even know what the hell that's in reference to: hint: it's Watergate. And most of you STILL won't know what I'm talking about), let's not pretend the rest of the league is a bunch of choirboys except for the Patriots.

The NFL would be very wise to simply admit that they need to do a better job of measuring the pressure. No one would really give a damn, and the story would pretty much be forgotten in a matter of a week or two. Who's going to hold resentment for the referees for not scientifically measuring the PSI of the football? No one in my opinion.

Unfortunately, this is unlikely to happen, as they aren't going to admit their possible mistake. If the reports are true, they've already leaked this info out (the fact that they did properly test the balls) anyway, making them immune to any scrutiny.

Kraft should publicly say it then. Though I doubt he has the b@!!$ to do it.

Guess Aikman's concussions are still affecting what's left of his brain -- says the penalty for this should be higher than Bountygate.

Let's talk about the game now. The league will handle Deflategate or whatever they want to call it. The Patriots beating the Seahawks would be priceless.

Thats insane

Be careful about what you say Aikman, I'm sure there are some skeletons in the Cowboys closet...

Thats insane

He's a mouthpiece for Jerrah, though. Maybe Breer isn't making up that some team is incensed and it's actually the Cowboys. Makes sense, because of all the teams that should care, they aren't one. ROFL Which is pretty much the MO for Jerrah. Hahaha Stay relevant in the boardroom if you can't on the field.

This is all I have to say to the haters ...

This is an amazing post by Edelman.

We got the world spinnin right in our hands.
Baby, rain or shine, all the time
We got each other, sharin’ the laughter and love."

And jerry rice says there should be an asterisk to this SB if pats win. How innovative.

My quick take on BB's presser is he basically challenged the NFL to call him a liar.

I tweeted Rice back saying that his '94 49ers team paid off his charities so they could get under the cap and sign Deion. #94SBvacate.

Carmen Policy circumvented the cap every chance he got.

ESPN saying Brady presser about 4:15

At least someone on TV is willing to admit it . . . [paraphrasing]

"We love talking about the Patriots. If there's a scandal involved, even better."
