Defensive Thoughts - Week 6

Maybe someone else noticed too but I felt like our corners gave dallas' WRs wayyy to much cushion on third and short and third and medium at the line of scrimmage. They obviously have at least either Bryant or Austin on a slant/quick route with a short throw to the first down line, why give like an 8 yard cushion..? I called it twice during the game and and it happened exacty as I pictured it. Once it was Bodden who got beat and the other one I can't remember. I think it's a simple adjustment that could really help our third down efficiency!
