Spot on. It's kind of weird too. I like them way more than the current design but from my seat in the stands last week I didn't think they looked as good as in all the promotions and you might be onto something that these were designed for fans and not necessarily the field.

I think if they were in our colors, they would look great. But I don't blame fans for liking them. They feel new, like the team.

The Texans jerseys yesterday aren't part of the Rivalry series. Only the AFC East and NFC West teams are in the Rivalry program this year. The jerseys (called "Battle Red") are alternate uniforms which they debuted last year. They're kind of like how the blueberries are for us.

Um... you might want to get your TV checked. Then again, on mine, I felt like I was watching an old black and white TV.

I think the color is too “soft” for football players, its not as imposing as other solid colors

The people who did the design said they wanted the unis to have the feel of a grey noreaster type day.

The color sucks IMO. Why can't we do a redesign with red shirts or pants for a change?

I really like the Nor'easter unis. I bought a couple of game jerseys (Gonzalez & Diggs) figuring that if they don't stick, I have a couple of unique Pats jerseys that look good on me.

My kid wants a Gonzo rivalries jersey for Christmas (which I already bought). When we went to the Falcons game, there were a lot of people already wearing them.

Maybe NE fisherman and sailors have changed. Instead of drinking and fisticuffs while in Port, it's wallpapering and making mint juleps.

I had my Diggs jersey for that one. I bought a Gonzalez jersey for earlier in the season to wear as a shirt and the Diggs jersey oversized so I can wear it over my winter gear.
