No, it would be stupid. BB has too much class to pull a dumbasss stunt like that.
Unlike you

Of course it will never happen. It you paid attention, I already wrote that and added “nor should it”. If was a joke, old timer, and had nothing to do with reality or even Brady himself.

Speaking as a Boomer, what is remarkable to me is how often I get called "out of touch" and worse because I don't pay attention to pop culture.
It has nothing to do with knowing pop culture, it's the fact that Boomers are still complaining about "millennial kids" when there's two younger generations in the work force and entering it now. They can't even fathom the difference between 3 generations of people.

I fall smack-dab between millennial and gen-z; January 1995 birthday.

Without derailing the thread, folks in my generation have been sort of broken by the internet.

I’m vacationing with a friend who’s 38, and got to share drinks with some of his buddies in their 30s. It’s remarkable how much more emotionally/socially open, comfortable, and vulnerable they are (in wholly good/positive ways).

I’m sure 30-somethings have been impacted by the internet to some extent, but just that 10 year difference is extremely noticeable IMO.

Totally subjective and almost certainly a biased perspective, but one I’ve anecdotally noticed, and one tiny sliver of a massive conversation about generational differences, responsibilities, etc.

Back to the Pats.

The Gronkateers thread is unique....
Goat Love + *********** + Conga line celebration

What's wrong with posting in that thread? The majority of Patriot fans still love the GOAT. I dont understand the others. They look like jealous 5th graders

There is a difference between loving the GOAT and Deus’ feelings for him. What he wants do to Tommy Boy is illegal in most of the world.

I ignored the thread a long time ago but checked today and it remains very active. Some of the posters are more active in the Brady Forum than the Pats Forum. Jealous of what?? Saying that closely following Tampa’s training camp details (including which young players look good) is pathetic and abnormal is not reflective of jealously. Why? Because it IS pathetic and abnormal, for supposed Pats die-hards.

I didn't say it did. I was simply sharing my own experience.
Your self centeredness caused you to think that I was rebutting something you said.
Not all of life is an argument.

That middle quote of Brown crediting Edelman and Meyers crediting Brown is just too good. If Edelman was part of the chain he'd probably throw some credit Welker's way too. What a history of players at the position.
Doesn’t hurt to throw kudos your coaches way.
However Brown is the man.
Maybe Harry Meyers and Gunner Wilkerson all progressing have something to do with the fact Brown has been the guy to coach them.
If I want my receivers to take on anyone’s personality and clutch gene.
Troy Brown is one of the top on my list.
Embodied everything this team has stood for.

That history is worthy of a high production video story.

It'll be interesting to see how things shift both production wise and philosophically post-Brady, but there are four positions that I've never felt like the Patriots have trouble finding: Slot WR, 3rd down RB, Linebacker (there are so many cast off stories that turn into productive players), and interior OL. Those are their wheelhouses.
