I don’t watch every other teams’ games, but I suspect that many of their fans have similar worries about their O-lines. There are many strong, agile rushers in the league and you can be sure they get to many QBs each week : not just Brady.

How can this be? They stink! (sarcasm).

Most other teams have similar concerns.
But they don’t have the GOAT back there. Do you think they wince if Mr. Dalton or Mr. Bortles gets a rusher in the backfield?
Also, Brady is more of a statue back there and the other guys have some escapability...so we tend to be more critical of our protection.

Eh, it's PFF. That said, Mason has really come into his own. The offense he played in at Georgia Tech is very heavily run oriented with very few passing opportunities per game so he was going to be very, very raw in pass protection coming out of college. I always loved this pick, though, because once he got his technique down in pass protection, he was going to be a very good guard in this league. He's having an excellent season and is a big reason why pressure has not been an issue coming off of that side of the OL even in the face of Cannon and Waddle's respective injuries this season.
