Couple of nuggets from Bengals Boards

That thread is hilarious. One guy has the Pats winning 200 to -20. Too funny.

Poor kid..

I am going to guess that being Brady's first home game, they will not take the foot off of the gas ( similar to the last time the Patriots had two stud TEs and went 16 -0 blowing everyone out with Gronk/Hernandez)

Whenever this type of stuff from other boards is posted on here, the game end up being anything but a blowout.

I think there was some stuff from the Bills forum a couple weeks ago about how they'd lose no matter who's at QB.

And last year the Colts forum had posts saying they were going to lose 100-0. Ended up being a lot closer.

Same with the Eagles game last year.

The Bills game was on McDaniels and no one else

The Patriots will score so much that their scoreboard will short circuit because it isn't programmed to go that high.

Marvin's post game reaction to the scoreboard malfunction? "We have to do better."

I predict I will find a more productive use for this Sunday. Perhaps sticking my hand in a blender...can't be as painful as watching this team get assaulted like a woman in a bathroom with a certain QB from Pittsburgh.

If the Bengals win this game, there is a God.

God's reaction?

"Hey Guy, there are miracles and there is the impossible"

The real question is how many times will we score 3 points, because that seems to be the only way we can finish drives.

If Eifert is back and near 100% I might worry a little. If not it should be a pretty decisive win. Without him, they're pretty much unable to exploit our biggest weakness so far (red zone defense).

their backs are against the wall like when we played them in 2014. They may not win but it will be tight game.

I think you are right. What people post on message boards had a direct effect on what happens on the field.
Sometimes when the pats aren't doing well I turn my shirt inside out and it works. Thanks to me we came back in a lot of those games.

Just remember it's IMPOSSIBLE to jinx a team by predicting a victory or a blowout.

I always get a kick out of posters that think we shouldn't predict victories or blowouts because it's bad luck

As long as Patriot players don't do it, but that doesn't apply to fans

I'd make a prediction myself but.....

To score 200 points, the Patriots would need 28 touchdowns with extra points plus two safeties. That would mean seven touchdowns per quarter. When would Cincinnati have the ball enough to score 20 PLUS give up two safeties? After giving it some thought, I think that final score would be impossible. You read it here first.

Before I even did the math...I looked at the -20 score prediction for the Bungles and realized...probably an impossible score...

Watch for Eifert. If it becomes official that he can't go, Bengals fans may decide to get a head start on bridge jumping.

Fortunately they use a different bridge than Rats fans, otherwise they will need to make an appointment.

If I am a Bengals fan, I am hoping they lose every game for the rest of the season. Force Mike Brown to fire Marvin Lewis.
