It's easy, and only takes a few moments. We apparently have $30 million in cap space and Ty is due to be a UFA the season after next. He has shown that he is a great lineman. Given that the FA pool is quite thin this year, could some of that money be used to re-sign him?
are you talking redoing his final year or an extension? if you are talking redoing his final year...isn't that was deion wanted and wouldn't it set a bad precident for future years? doing an extension....i'm all for that.
Sorry, I meant extension.
Warren is one of our top five players and worthy of exceptions. Branch was not.

Ask Tom Brady if Branch was a top 5 player.
I expect they have already begun discussions with his agent. They did the same with Branch and Givens. Some choose to reup early, some do not.
Which type is Warren? Unlike Koppen, who is a good center, Warren may be among the best at his position. His agent will likely push to get to the open market.
Ask Tom Brady if Branch was a top 5 player. He said yes. He played amazingly in both his super bowls - in fact, holds a record for receptions in back to back Bowls and of course the MVP in the latter.
Precendents have been set with 2 players only: Brady and Seymour who both got renegotiated deals mid contract.
In terms of Warren, I love him and the 3 D-lineman could be as nasty as that Carolina line we faced in the second super bowl.
